This page explains what information Compulender processes, why, and how it is protected.
Who runs Compulender
Compulender is a CRM and workflow application for mortgage professionals, operated by Lend Local AI LLC. Questions and requests: support@compulender.com
Information we process
Account information: your name and email address, handled through our sign-in provider.
CRM content you enter: leads, clients, referral partners, notes, and tasks. This can include your clients' contact details and loan-related information that you choose to record.
Usage and technical data: which features are used, AI assistant request counts and durations, and error reports. Error reports are configured to exclude personal information and message contents.
Your clients' information
The client records you store in Compulender belong to you, and you control them. We process them only to provide the service to you. We never sell this information, never use it for advertising, and never contact your clients.
Each account's data is isolated: database-level access rules ensure users can only see and change their own records.
Lenny and AI processing
When you use Lenny, your conversation and the relevant CRM records are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. This data is used solely to provide the feature — not for advertising, and it is never sold.
Google Calendar data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Compulender requests read-only access to your calendar events. Events are fetched when you view your schedule and are shown only to you, in your own account. Compulender never edits, creates, or deletes calendar events, and never accesses anyone else's calendar.
When you use the “Plan my day” feature, the titles and times of that day's events are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to build your daily plan, and the resulting plan — including those meeting titles and times — is saved to your account. Google Calendar data is used only to provide these features. It is not used for advertising, is never sold, and is not used to train AI models.
Sign-in tokens for Google are held by our sign-in provider (Clerk); Compulender does not store your Google password. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings, or revoke access from your Google account's security settings. Compulender's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
Compulender relies on a small set of providers, each processing data only to perform its function: Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (AI assistant), Twilio (SMS), Google (calendar integration, if connected), and Sentry (error monitoring, configured to exclude personal data).
How SMS works
The SMS feature lets registered users who have opted in send commands to the application and receive confirmations or clarification questions about their own account.
The application may process the opted-in user's mobile phone number, SMS message content, and message timestamps solely to provide the SMS functionality.
No SMS information is used for marketing or promotional messaging. Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Sharing
“Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.”
Beyond the service providers listed above, we do not share your information with anyone unless required by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to your authenticated account, and per-user isolation is enforced at the database level.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request an export or permanent deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@compulender.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version, and we will flag material changes in the app or by email.
