Compulender SMS Assistant (Lenny)

Compulender is a CRM and workflow platform for mortgage professionals, operated by Lend Local AI LLC. Lenny is Compulender's built-in workflow assistant. This SMS program lets registered Compulender users text Lenny to interact with their own Compulender account — creating tasks, adding leads, recording notes, and updating follow-ups — and receive automated replies about that activity.

This program is for registered Compulender users only, and only for activity in their own account. It is not used for advertising or marketing, and it is not used to send messages to borrowers, consumers, or anyone other than the registered user.

SMS access is enabled per account by the Compulender team for approved users.

Once SMS access is enabled for your account, opt in by texting START to (708) 729-5043 from your registered phone.

By texting START, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from the Compulender SMS Assistant. Messages may include confirmations of CRM updates, task creation, follow-up changes, answers to questions about your own pipeline, and requests for clarification.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
