Compulender SMS Assistant (Lenny)

Compulender is a CRM and workflow platform for mortgage professionals, operated by Lend Local AI LLC. Lenny is Compulender's built-in workflow assistant. This SMS program lets registered Compulender users text Lenny to interact with their own Compulender account — creating tasks, adding leads, recording notes, and updating follow-ups — and receive automated replies about that activity.

This program is for registered Compulender users only, and only for activity in their own account. It is not used for advertising or marketing, and it is not used to send messages to borrowers, consumers, or anyone other than the registered user.

SMS access is available to registered users who verify their own mobile number in the app.

Opt in from inside your Compulender account: open Settings, check the consent box, enter your mobile number, and confirm ownership by entering the one-time code we text to that number. Messaging is enabled only after you verify your number.

By checking the consent box and verifying your number, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from the Compulender SMS Assistant. Messages may include confirmations of CRM updates, task creation, follow-up changes, answers to questions about your own pipeline, and requests for clarification. You can remove your number in Settings at any time. If you previously opted out by replying STOP, reply START to resume messages.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
