Terms of Service

Compulender is a CRM and workflow platform for mortgage professionals, operated by Lend Local AI LLC ("Compulender," "we," "us").

Compulender is currently in invite-only early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. We will communicate meaningful changes, but during early access we do not promise any particular feature set or service level.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Accounts are for use by licensed mortgage professionals and their businesses. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The records you store in Compulender — leads, clients, partners, notes, tasks — belong to you. We process them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time (see Contact below).

You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to your own business, including how you collect, store, and use your clients' information, any consent required for how you contact them, and your professional licensing obligations. Compulender is a tool; it does not take on those obligations for you.

Lenny is an AI assistant that can answer questions about your CRM data and make changes you ask for, such as creating or updating records. AI systems can make mistakes: review Lenny's work, especially changes to your records, and verify any figures before relying on them.

Lenny's responses are not legal, financial, or lending advice. Usage limits apply to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Program name: Compulender SMS Assistant (Lenny)

The SMS program allows registered Compulender users who have opted in to interact with Lenny, Compulender's built-in workflow assistant, by text — and receive automated confirmations, answers about their own account, and clarification questions. It is not used to message borrowers or consumers. See the SMS Opt-In page for opt-in details.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The current service is not used for marketing or mass messaging. Read the privacy page for details about SMS data handling.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep Compulender available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms. You may stop using Compulender at any time and request your data.

Compulender is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, existing users will get clear advance notice before being asked to pay anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version, and we will flag material changes in the app or by email.
